The musicians have their hair trimmed and gel-manipulated and their pale complexions painted to perform the great hits of the 20s and 30s in a truly beguiling manner.
They have only one intention: to make their audience squeal and the dance floor boil.
After what feels like a century without the Alhambra salon orchestra, the ensemble led by Berlin’s Hans Daffke now does the honours and blows for a revival \u2026 The guests include the beautiful Sigismund, the charming Donna Clara and a small green cactus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
